What if my flight is delayed?

Don’t worry, all flight arrival times are checked with the airline before our drivers leave for the airport. Should you arrive early or late there will still be a driver to meet you at no extra cost.


Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats at no charge. It must be disclosed on booking.


Are there any hidden charges?

No. We will inform you of all charges prior to your acceptance of the journey.


WE ARE A GROUP OF MORE THAN 20 PEOPLE, CAN YOU TRANSPORT US?

Yes, we provide also mini buses and buses for larger groups.


HOW LONG BEFORE CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?

To cancel a reservation, please contact us at least 24h before that the reservation was made.


CAN I BRING A PET?

Yes, but for safety it’s better if the pet come in a proper box for animals.
